Today, the title is ♥ Aim what I'm Goal ♥

I got a list long what I have to Aim

JUst few days ago, I got my 1st part time job at 1U which intro by Vicki

This is the last day picture, we took at Vicki's car, when we were on the way working !

the part time job got 4 days long, tired like hell, I really can't tahan to stood in front the gate with 24 pcs rabbits, my job not only just take care the rabbits

Come on, is only tk the rabbit, I've actually no need to kept compliant in these 4 days...

Between, I had been taking care the kids, my jog was held the gate while they were push or shake the gate, mention the customer dun catch & carry the rabbits.

I am almost be mad, insane, wild men in these few days. Below is the the rabbits which I take care and you can see, the height of the gate can make the kids easy to reach their hand and carry the rabbits, conclusion is made me more tired because of spent my spirit to tk them.

This is the set up of the event at 1U. A stage, kids zone area, petting zoo, sound system, show case with Philips Avent product .

Lala ... I knew what the surprise you all gonna give me ...

I tried to dun want to know, because every hope to get a surprise right !!! ... but you all too obvious, made me doubt almost every turn you all 's motion .

my college mate birthday

I knew a girl named Connie - The first student I talked with when I am in Segi.

She is a nice girl, but sometime maybe she's quite talk active till I blame on her.

Haha, I am just Kidding .. :)

Today, we { Vicki♥, Connie♥, Vinnie♥ } gonna Celebrated with her after my classed

all of them are waiting for me since they decided skip all the classes in this week,

Because they feel wanna stay at home and do revision for the coming final exam in next week ...

Means they almost finish their 1st semester ...

But, Since we all are taking different courses

my 1st semester will be end up more 3 weeks .

3.pm I finished my class, but I'd rushed my group report which have to pass up tomorrow

But all my group member included me are not here tomorrow

So we decided to go Summit and settle all of that

Pity my dear Vicki waiting me in front the Summit's bus stop

3.30pm we all started from Segi to Sunway Pyramid.

the traffic always stuck and jam in Subang

Very suffered and screaming when the time we on the way because all of us were hungry :(

Pity us ...

After we reached there, I felt that we were very LUcky today,

because we've no need to wasted time to found a parking

teehee :)

BBQ Plaza - the place we gonna went there for celebrated.

Although , we all hungry but still we need to planned something for the birthday girl, right!!

we planned all with sneaky but still disclosure ~

the story goes like that

Vicki and me were trying to told a lie to Connie about we got something to do

and maybe we should shop separate and met up later on

Vinnie♥ 's tasked was take care of Connie♥ :)

We planned to bought a cake to Connie ♥

and we found a lot of bread shop and do comparison

our's final option

after we bough it I and Vicki ♥ went to BBQ Plaza and asked the waiters kept in refrigerator

and then we asked Vinnie♥ and Connie♥ came and join us in BBQ Plaza

Sure they were coming

and we ordered a deluxe set

we chit chat, kept took pictures from start to end, we cooked, we ate, we drunk

and finally we asked the waiters took out the cake and we sang a birthday song to Connie ♥

she was shocked, haha we're gave her a special surprise

Can you imagine ??? Only 5 and 6 months we knew each other and then we can made some one surprise on their Day. Maybe only once in your life, what called the precious college life ♥

2330我才送了钟先生离开
我上楼回到了自己的房

原本打算早点休息的我

可是脑海出现的是爸爸睡在客厅地上的画面

近几天，爸爸都会这样

天黑了，累了，就会呆在客厅休息

大概十点多，妹妹看完了电视播的节目

上楼睡觉后，都只剩下爸爸一个人在客厅

累得睡着了。

我家客厅用的非是高贵的皮质沙发

是那种早在我出世的年代大户小家都用着的藤椅，藤椅上有都会有手掌那么厚四四方方的海绵

现代人称之为-股申椅

只不过我家用的不是虅制的，是滑面的硬木

而我的爸爸就是拿了硬木椅上的股申摊开在地上

就这样睡着了

我不忍心看见爸爸那样

于是我到妹妹的房间

看见6妹还没有睡，便问个究竟

得知爸爸之所以不上房间睡是因为爸爸怕冷

最近，妈妈时常都开冷气

她说，自从澳洲回来后，没有办法适应很热的天气

一热，她就会头昏

想下，爸爸也有一把年纪了

今年都52了，已过了大半世纪

可是却没有得好好享福

是我做女儿的不孝吗？

家里环境没有很好但却那么坚持的要在大专继续念书却不出来打工帮轻家里

要不是钟先生的帮助

我肯本就没有那个勇气念下去

大专，我至少不必筹

等我2年的时间念完了我的课程

爸爸已不年轻了，又54了

爸爸会等我吗？

今日不知明日事

我每次上香拜拜的时候

都没有什么特别的几句

从我念4年级到现在

因为爸爸出坡到高原工作2年多

所以那段时间家里上香都是我拜的

除了“保佑全家平安，天天快乐”

我看我很祈祷别的了

我也不知道，也不曾问过爸爸

拜拜的时候，心里其实该念什么

但当时的我却祈祷了那么一句

“保佑全家平安，天天快乐”

从此，这就我拜拜时的‘第一句’

希望我的家人都平平安安健健康康的

我真的希望我继续读书拿到了文凭要求以后可以有高薪稳定的收入

来给家人享福那我就安心了:)

利用生理周期

第一周：这个时期女性荷尔蒙和大豆黄铜素大量流失，皮肤粗糙，毛孔变大。这个周期内请不要去美容院做脸，也不要尝试新的护肤或者化妆产品，注意清洁肌肤。另一方面，这个时期属于怎么吃都不胖的时候，可以对自己喜欢的高热量事物大快朵颐而不用担心会发胖。当然，也不能夸张到半夜吃很多冰激凌哦。

第二周：这个时期女性荷尔蒙因为上周的大量流失，现在开始慢慢增加，皮肤

也呈现前所未有的完美光泽。这时期的皮肤属于抵抗力最好的时候，可以尝试新的产品，做一些去死皮的护肤步骤。但是这个时期要减肥的女生就得相当注意，如果在这个阶段饮食控制得好，可以减去26%的体重，这可不是一个小数目哦。认为生理期过了就可以大吃大喝，现在要开始改变这个习惯了，因为这个时期身体吸收会特别好，如果不注意控制高热量

的食物摄入，就不要奇怪为什么自己突然变胖喽。

第三周：我们的子宫开始排卵，一个卵子生长成熟变成卵

细胞，其它卵子破裂开始产生大豆黄铜素，所以这个时期是大豆黄铜素慢慢增加的时期。而这个时期在护肤方面特别要注意的就是防晒，平时防晒做五分功课，这个阶段要做足十分才可以。而且要勤做美白

面膜，以帮助因为排卵而从体内慢慢浮上肌肤表皮的黑色素分解。

第四周：这个时期是女性身体很不稳定的时期，不要乱吃东西，要多吃能增加

女性荷尔蒙和大豆黄铜素的食物，多补充营养，为下一周大量荷尔蒙流失做准备。可以喝大量豆浆，玫瑰花茶，以及一些中药店有买的暖身体的中药。也可以吃一些粗粮，并且喝一些帮助清除体内垃圾的饮料，比如富含益生菌的酸奶和排毒的蜂蜜、金银花、菊花等。我们常认为生理期来的时候不可以吃刺激的食物，可是明明没有吃，但下次来还是肚子疼。这是因为很多人在第四周吃了很多生冷的食物，反而并不是因为生理期期间的原因。这个时期，如果有疼经的女孩子（好象我觉得身边朋友很多都有），可以用中药来泡澡，也可以直接用水泡，愿意的话加点干玫瑰或者牛奶就可以了，可以帮助我们的子宫保持温度。这个时期对肌肤要全面呵护，特别要注意补充水分，可以缓解下一周肌肤毛孔变粗大的问题。所以第四周是非常关键的有一周，调理的好可以帮助我们变的更漂亮，不注意调理会在以后引起很多不必要的小麻烦哦。

This day is 121 days I have been studying in Subang Jaya Segi College

Means is number 4th months, although that is still in the 1st semester

But I am very happy

Because the little celebration today

make me feel like I am not alone anymore in my college life

I get a lot new friend in this few months

and we had gain a friendship start from today

Today actually we got a steamboat at Ivy's house

But we ate the dinner without the owner

means Ivy gone out with his family

and means Alycia is a Second master at house

我的英文没有很好

我被“决定”这个东西啊

就自从上几个月决定了报名读书

决定要完成我的diploma

给自己一个机会

但4个月多了

我还没有真真的适应

我对学院的课业还是有很多恐惧感

让我有了压力

有压力可能是好，因为对自己有了那份责任心

证明我懂了一些道理

解压，

突然想到一个解压的办法

做有氧运动吧

我觉得会有效

我真的觉得会有效

因为我觉得压力和你做着有氧运动一样

你自己要做运动，因为你知道它的好处

压力是来自你自己，因为你知道这一刻的付出对未来是有用的

当你完成了一个一千米的跑道，你会很喘，但喘完了，你得到了你的健康

当你读书读得压力，喘不过气，大哭；但到最后一切都值得的

只要懂得处理你自己的情绪，了解你自己的全部，掌握自己

I am suffer actually...

Once I am entry my college life, a non-stop suffer ...
I cant speak very well in English,
even I prefer do not want to speak with each other,
I block myself in the period of college,
I found the problem where is it,
Not I cant speak , actually is problem of Grammar and Vocabulary.
That is the problem.

After That, I force myself in comprehension...
I listen English song, I read the lyrics,
I watch English movie, Drama, I read every words under the programmer,

Just now had finished a class-Photography fundamental.

But I am really only nothing.

I had not understand what the lecturer ask us to do.

The exercise what have to make it "tamil"

and print it out on the hard board.

Jamie Oliver is a Phenomenon in the world of food.

He is one of the the world's best-loved television personalities and one of the Britain's most famous exports.

He did not take the route in trendy, instead he is a messy hair, energetic big boys.

In 1997, Jamie was popularize as a TV show host "The naked chef" in the United Kingdom and it is his first series.

it really made me feel interesting.

"Dong Zhi" actually is a festival That more important than Chinese New Year .

Once I am looked the title , I decided continue to read the article till finished.

According to the report

Formerly, Dong Zhi as a BIG day in China,

Everyone will be gathering with family in these day ,

Even which work on out station ...

But in M'sia ,

I think a lot of Chinese still less emphasis on Dong Zhi .

today is the 1st time I crying at Subang, suddenly while i am eating . that time i am thinking about all our family member , I dun know why , just felt my tear like drop out very fast and surge suddenly , the emotion i cant to control myself , I dun know handle ... But while I am trying to find a person for depress , which is my buddy , my sister , the one who i am always looking 4 , but cant to contact when some seriously things happen ... I am feeling like fall to a deep hole again ~ have a big crying again . I am thinking again , If 1 day somethings happen around me at Subang or even KL, but I hope i can contact u as soon as possible cox you are the 1 who close with me around this state , But i am failed to contact you, .what will happen after this , who know ... really I am scare .. 选择这件学院其实还蛮冲动的。

放弃了马六甲那间mmu，匆忙的在市区找一件学院代替。

当我在mmu报名的那一个刻，我就很害怕。

毕竟，是一个要重新适应生活的开始。

没有认识的朋友，没有熟悉的地方。

就算我在大胆，我想也只是外壳；

那刻心呢？

到现在，开课了已有准2个星期了。

发现自己要去的应该是总校才对吧。

有像换去总校的念头，

可是，会不会再麻烦到他啊？

找房子，找总校，办手续，重新适应又要花多少时间？

既然来错了，就好好的读下去吧！

可能是注定的，和这个学院是个缘分吧，

要我和新同学相处也是缘分吧。

这几天我很烦，

现在，我没有渴望什么了。。我少了欲望，我的虚荣心下降了。。
我没有之前那么的迷恋名牌。。我懂得了知足。。
也可以说是对名牌有少许的反感！

and enquire some information about re-examination SPM ...
because I am not eligible to apply for college eligibility..

I had went to Melacca MMUto enquire about finance course ..
But the reception staff told me I cant to apply PTPTN loan cause I without their Eligible ..
At least 4 credit for diploma
At least 5 credit for degree
I only 4 credit .. why I am not ..
because my BM-subject without Credit ..

That why today I hold on to go back school ..
Hold on want to re-examination the SPM ..
after this I will face the July paper in this coming July ...
I am worry .. I failed again ... or I just get D .. I want Credit or above ...

因为爸爸早前和公司的股东出了些问题。
解决了也需要一些时间恢复状态。。。**（
可是总觉得好像会回不到从前的生活。。
什么都不愁的生活。。

也因此这两年来，
我再独中的生活，
都有所影响，
每个月中都害怕看见级任，
因为她会好不客气地大声对你说
“郑美婷你欠了两个月的学费！”

哈哈~多尴尬啊！
我也尝试过到辅导处申请由社会人士赞助的半免或全免。。
可是，辅导主任没有给我机会，她不批。。
或许我的外表骗了他吧！
她好像在以为我滥用这些赞助。。

其实，我也不懂我自己。。
我很没有毅力。。
每一次下定决心的东西
都好像做不成。
我明明都在用力去温习
可惜不是一百分。
我明年向继续的高3也不成。。
